Pictured is one of five Osirid pillars on the south side of the courtyard of TT41, the Tomb of Amenemopet in the Sheikh el-Qurna portion of the Theban Necropolis on the west bank of the Nile opposite Luxor. It is the 2nd best preserved pillar with facial defects. The pillar represents the deceased and is built on the Osirid pattern with arms crossed across his chest, right hand clutching a Djed while the left hand holds a Isis knot. A column of text goes down to the feet.
