Pictured is the grey granite center plaque in a series of three plaques on a large concrete semi-wall making up the Jardin De Heroes Veteran's Memorial in Uvalde, Texas. The memorial is the centerpiece of a leafy park at 801 West Main Street in downtown Uvalde. The memorial is dedicated to veterans of all wars who died in service to the United States. The memorial was created in 1978 and improved in 1996.
