Old tenement houses - Old Town, Warsaw, Poland. The Old Town complex includes medieval buildings and fortifications - the Royal Castle, The Royal Square, St John’s cathedral, St Mary’s church, the monastery and the church of St Casimir, the city walls and the Barbican. All these objects were completely destroyed during the Second World War and rebuilt after 1945. The whole Old Town complex has been on the UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites since 1980.
