Ladansky Pokrovsky monastery near Pryluky was founded in 1600. During Soviet times, the territory of the monastery housed the Ladansk labor commune for homeless children, and later a factory for making fire-fighting equipment. Currently, St. Basil`s Cathedral is restored on the premises of the factory. Courtyard of christian orthodox monastery, view through the tunnel-shaped entrance. Photo taken in Northern Ukraine.
