One of the many obstacles that make up the City Challenge Obstacle Race. Here, the competitors' hand and upper body strength is tested. They must grab these different hanging objects - a ball, a bar, a cluster of ropes - to swing through and finally hit a bell, signaling the completion of the obstacle.
