A herd of musk oxen are not running away from predators, and forms a protective circle, inside of which are calves. When the predator attacks this ring is not broken, only the closest musk ox throws striker horns, and neighbors trampled it underfoot. It is this courage muskox was tragic, when there are people with firearms. The hunter was not difficult from one place to shoot the whole herd. Everything in the world there are around 25 thousand individuals.
