Stock Photo: Moss Plants Are Plants That Can Grow Anywhere

ID 308540499 © Iikabdulmalik | Megapixl.com

In general, moss plants can grow easily in wet and humid places. Moss plants are autotrophs because they have cells with plastids that produce chlorophyll. The body of moss is covered with a waxy cuticle which can reduce excessive evaporation of its body, thus allowing it to adapt to environments that are not too wet. Moss plants are classified as spore-bearing cormophytes, because these plants produce spores as a means of reproduction.
