A Mosasuarus was an Aquatic Dinosaur that lived approximately 70 to 66 million years ago in the late Cretaceous period. Remains have been found ranging from Western Europe, North America and possible Japan and New Zealand. It was discovered in the Meuse River area which is how it got it’s named ‘lizard of the Meuse River’.
