Morfontaine, France, May 2022 In this small village of Lorraine, in Meurthe et Moselle, for several years we have been making the largest rhubarb tart in the world, Guinness book record, it measures 3.20 meters in diameter. You need 45 kg of puff pastry, 9 kg of sugar, 130 eggs, 40 liters of milk, 10 liters of cream and 75 kg of rhubarb. The oven is custom-built in concrete blocks and refractory bricks. The top is made of aluminum sheet with insulation. Several volunteers are mobilized to make this pastry for all gourmet visitors.
