The monument to Raffaele de Ferrari is a bronze sculptural group, created in 1896 by Giulio Monteverde and erected in memory of the Genoese entrepreneur and philanthropist Luigi Raffaele De Ferrari , Duke of Galliera 1803-1876, who in 1875 had donated to the Port of Genoa the figure of 20 million lire to be allocated to various improvements to the structure.
