Pictured is the Maisel Synagogue, a historical monument of the former Prague Jewish Quarter. It was built at the end of the 16th century which is considered to be the golden age of the ghetto. The construction of the synagogue was initiated by Mordecai Marcus Maisel 1528, Prague–March 13, 1601, Prague, a Jewish philanthropist and communal leader in Prague.
