Sometimes referred as the pearl of Bavaria, this tiny Neo-Rococo style palace was build in 1874 by the eccentric King Ludwig II in a remote hunting area in the German Alps. It is surrounded by extensive garden grounds dotted with romantic small buildings and other attractions.
