Pictured is a life-sized bronze sculpture of former Grand Prairie Mayor Charles England located outside the Grand Prairie City Hall building. The sculpture was commissioned by the Grand Prairie Sports Development Corporation and was dedicated on August 20, 2014, to honor Mayor England's 21 years of service to the city of Grand Prairie. The sculpture depicts Mayor England standing with his left hand in his pants pocket and his right hand raised as if he is delivering a speech. The sculpture has become a notable landmark in the city and serves as a tribute to Mayor England's contributions to the community. The sculptor is not identified.
