Lefkos beach is located in the northwest part of the island of Karpathos about thirty kilometers from the capital Pigagia and takes its name from the homonymous village.
In reality, these are three inlets that generate a long beach separated by strips of land surrounded by pine trees to shelter from the hot Karpathos sun.
The three bays are respectively the most known Gialou beach, the Panagias Limani beach the smallest in size and also the most peaceful, and the Fragolimniona beach the largest. The first two are very suitable and frequented by families with children because of the seabed which descends slowly and because of the possibility of taking long walks. The third, on the other hand, is much more wild and small and where it usually blows more wind, in fact it is mainly frequented by windsurfers and kitesurfers.
The coast alternates between soft light sand with rocks where colorful fish and small crabs are born, with dark stones that generate reflections with green shades, but they all have one thing in common, a beautiful, crystalline sea and sometimes a light blue among the most beautiful of the island.
