Persons sit on the park benches enjoying the serenity and ambiance of the picturesque surroundings including a view of Heroes Square directly opposite on the other side of the wharf. Lots of greenery with interlaced Christmas lights including beautiful trees swaying as the wonderful northeast trade winds blow steadily. The boats bob up and down because of the wind. Barbados Heroes Square lies on the other side of the wharf opposite the park. On the other side of the wharf is the Caribbean sea. The Barbados Parliament and Bridgetown Shopping area are in the background.
