SINGAPORE - SEPTEMBER 6, 2017: The Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall is one of the most historic buildings in Singapore with the statue of founder Stamford Raffles in front of the clock tower. It first began as a Town Hall in 1862. In the early 1900s a second public hall was built next to it joined by a clock tower to form a larger complex.
