Kue Pancong or Kue Bandros or Kue Gandos is a baked sweet coconut hotcake and is toasted on a machine by local street vendors from their food carts near traditional markets. It is a traditional snack made of rice flour and coconut-based batter in a special mold pan like the way waffles are cooked.
