The fortifications of the town of Korcula are dominated by four corner towers, cylindrical bastions, the largest of which is Barbarigo in the port, others are Balbi, Tiepolo and Capello. The walls are interrupted by two gates, the Sea Gate, to which we can exit from the city loggia in the harbor, and the Mainland Gate, built into a massive prismatic tower called Revelin from the late 15th century.
