Pictured is a bronze statue titled `John Milton Turner and Seeing Eye Dog Eben` by Bridgette Mongeon. It was completed in 2017 and is located at the Heritage Center in the City of Frisco, Texas. After losing his sight as a teenage, Turner went to to be successful in business and was appointed by six governors to serve more than three decades on the Texas Commission for the Blind. The statue is part of the public art collection of the City of Frisco.
