This is a fresco from Turkey Istanbul, The Kariye Museum; formerly the church of St. Saviour in Chora, is decorated with a superbly preserved series of frescoes and mosaics. This particular fresco tells the story of Jesus helping Adam and Eve get out of their sarchophagus. There are other believers around them, watching their get up. Under the Jesus' feet, there is the doors of hell. Satan (devil) is visible. There are locks and chains, too. This fresk is from the outer narthex of the museum, at the end of the hall, on a arched hall.
