A monument in Irkutsk erected to the founder of the city, the explorer Yakov Pokhabov. Sculptor - People's Artist of Russia Mikhail Pereyaslavets, architect - Yuri Volchok. The monument was erected for the 350th anniversary of Irkutsk in the Right-Bank District on the Lower Embankment of the Angara River, at the site of the founding of the city, as a monument to the Founders of Irkutsk.
