Hydrangea flowers are very unique. These flowers can change color, ranging from white, red, to purple. Color changes in hydrangeas indicate the natural pH levels in the soil content. For example, if the color of the bloom is red, the soil is neutral to alkaline. Meanwhile, if the color is blue, the soil is acidic.
