Completed in 537 under Byzantine rule, Hagia Sofia or Hagia Sophia was originally a Christian church. It later became a Muslim Mosque in 1453. Originally in Constantinople, upon the fall of Byzantium, it became Istanbul, turkey . Under Ataturk im 935 it became a museum. The structure is 180 feet tall. This image was captured with a fisheye, ultra-wide angle lens.
