Pictured is an Egyptian Group Statue of Ka-nefer and His Family on display in the Kimbell Museum of Art in Fort Worth, Texas. The statue is limestone with traces of original painted decoration and is thought to have been created circa 2450 BC. Ka-nefer was the Overseer of the Craftsmen and Priest of Ptah. He is accompanied by his wife Tjen-tety and his son Khuwy-ptah.
