A Group of blue taro plants (xanthosoma violaceum) grows the garden. Blue Taro leaves violaceum are tender, upright perennial with edible tubers and dark purple stems bearing large, arrow-shaped, often purple-flushed, blue-green leaves. These leaves are cultivated to feed gurami fish. The plant is native to Central America, South America, Tropical United States. It also grow well in south east asia.
