Three Hellenic Guards in their historic uniforms, accompanied by their commanding officer, march down Vasilissis Sofia to the nearby Parliament to relieve the Guards on duty. Greek guards or “Evzones” are members of the Presidential Guard found outside the Hellenic Parliament. They guard the grave of the Unknown Soldier. The changing of the Greek guards occurs every day at the top of the hour.
