Gradisca d'Isonso Castle in Friuli, north east Italy. Built in the late 15th century, it was enlarged during the 16th and 17th centuries, and was later used as a jail. Today, this state-owned building is in very bad condition, and it failed to recieve any bids when the state tried to sell it for a mere 20,000 in 2014.
