Geoffrey Holder appears with Eartha Kitt for a radio interview at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC, in January, 1978. They were discussing the play, “Timbuktu,” which Holder directed and choreographed, and in which Ms. Kitt starred. Holder was a multi-talented Trinidadian-American actor, choreographer, director, dancer, painter, costume designer, singer, and voice-over artist. He became widely recognized for his lilting Caribbean accent doing televisions commercials for “7 UP,” soft drink, and BWIA Airlines.
