Another iron suspension bridge in Rishikesh is the Ram Jhula running over the Ganges River. The bridge is similar to Lakshman Jhula but is bigger in size. Located 3km from Rishikesh, the bridge offers a spectacular view of the river and nearby places. The bridge is used as a connecting bridge between Swargashram, Gita Bhawan and other temples with Sivananda Ashram and is named after Lord Ram, Lord Lakshman`s elder brother.
