Pictured is a fresco in the north wing end wall of the transverse chamber of TT69 featuring the adoration of the the sun god Re-Horakhty by Menna and his wife Henut-Tawy. TT69, Theban Tomb No. 69, is in the area known as the Tombs of the Nobles on the West Bank at Luxor in the hills of Sheikh Abd el-Qurna. After construction the face of Menna was destroyed by vandals to deprive him of his afterlife.
