Pictured is French 15th century granite doorway with oak door in the Cloisters in Fort Tyrone Park in Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York City. Governed by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Cloisters specializes in medieval art and architecture with a focus on Romanesque and Gothic periods. The door was from a a house on the rue Sadi-Carnot at Aixe-sur-Vienne near Limoges and was a gift of George Blumenthal. The door is flanked by candelabras with white candles.
