A ruined wall of the castle built of white limestone rock, viewed against a clear sky, with the panorama of the town of Olsztyn in the background. Olsztyn is located in the voivodeship of Silesia and lies on the Trail of the Eagles Nests (Szlak Orlich Gniazd in Polish), a popular tourist route featuring a number of medieval castles, some of them in ruins. The region is called Polish Jurassic Highland, also known as Krakow-Czestochowa Upland or Jura Krakowsko-Czestochowska in Polish.
