The first female coach ever in NFL history, Dr. Jen Welter, ran the Arizona Cardinals football team through drills at training camp in August 2015. Welter is one of seven interns Cardinals coach Bruce Arians has brought aboard. Her internship with inside linebackers will last through the preseason.
