The scattered sunlight filters through redwoods, shines on us, trying to find us. We look at it in awe, mesmerized by something that we can not understand. Its beauty, and mystery stays with us forever. This is a summer day in Redwood National and State Park. Towering giant trees remind us how fragile and vulnerable are we and how powerful nature is. This super giants grew straighter and taller as a result of direct competition for light to photosynthesis. Tears come falling down and we leave with a feeling of purity and purpose : just as rays of light have found their way, we need to find ours.
