Fan Art of Marvels Spider-Man Character. Fan art is a growing industry and often allowed under the fair rights rule. Comic Cons, exhibitions are full of artists selling their artworks of their favorite superhero character. To the point that the likes of Marvel, DC , Disney and many others allow you to contact them and apply for permission to do so under their fan art promotion schemes, sometimes it's a no, other times it's a straight yes and sometimes they require a percentage of sales revenue to allow this. But never the less there's huge amounts of Fan Art being created and sold nowadays, here is an example of my own and can only be used for editorial purposes. Spiderman
