Els Quatre Gats (The Four Cats) on the ground floor of Casa MartÃ, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Els Quatre Gats is a café opened in 1897 and was the center of Modernisme in Barcelona. Pablo Picasso used to visit this cafe before he became world famous. Casa Martà was designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch, and is one of the most critical Modernisme architecture in old town Barcelona.
