Dzos are a cross between a yak and a cow and are a main method for transporting goods in the Everest Region of Nepal. They travel the route so often they are sometimes capable of making the journey without a driver. Along the trail, there are a number of steel suspension bridges to be crossed which do not spook the animals at all.
