Rising gas prices are obviously hurting the globle airline industry. While other airlines are struggling, Dubai's Emirates is following the city oasis into the stratosphere. The Emirates group had just reported a $1.45bn (£730m) net profit - despite the rocketing oil price. (05/05/2008)
