The Tránsito Synagogue is a 14th-century synagogue located in Toledo, Spain. It is one of the most important surviving synagogues in Spain and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The synagogue was built by Samuel Ha-Levi, a wealthy Jewish financier who served as treasurer to King Pedro I of Castile. The synagogue is a fine example of Mudéjar architecture, a style that combines Islamic and Christian elements.
