Dancing couple from Russian Ballet on display.The figures of five Russian dancers were his first and at the same time most successful works of art for MEISSEN. The sculpture of the dancing couple "Russian Ballet", limited edition and hand-painted, shows a young woman in love in a deeply décolleté dress and swaying crinoline skirt, caressed by the harlequin with a black mask. The inspiration for this sculpture was probably the most famous lovers of the Commedia dell'Arte, Harlequin and Columbine, December 19th 2014
