I love the colors of this little hopping insect. She is very bright green, but also looks to blend in with the surroundings. Her eyes are so wide as if she is a deer in the headlights and kind of scared. Her antenna is sticking straight up here and her long hopping legs are ready to be called to action. This picture was taken in the East Coventry township nature preserve close to Pottstown in Pennsylvania.
