Curonian Spit is a 98 km long, thin, curved sand-dune spit that separates the Curonian Lagoon from the Baltic Sea coast. This view is taken from the site of Thomas Mann`s summer house now museum on the Uoshve hill in Nida, Neringa, Curonian Spit National Park, Lithuania, Central Europe Thomas Mann described the view as an `italian scenery`.
