The Cristo Blanco is a white Christ statue located in Cusco, Peru. It is a popular tourist destination and offers stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains.The statue was built in 1945 by a group of Palestinian Christians who had fled to Cusco during World War II. It was designed by Ernesto Olazo Olivera, a local artist.The statue is 8 meters tall and is made of concrete. It depicts Jesus Christ with his arms outstretched, welcoming visitors to Cusco.The Cristo Blanco is located on a hilltop overlooking the city.
