The construction of this section of I-635, the LBJ Freeway, is a major part of the Dallas High5 Interchange that is 120 feet above grade level. Already since its completion in the early 2000's upgrades have been made and are still occurring due to the growth of the Metroplex. New technology is also being made while adding more new lanes, ramps, flyways and connections to the Geo Bush Turnpike and Dallas North Tollway System
