A concrete mixer truck stuck in the traffic in the crossroads of a small summer town named Cinarcik located in Marmara region of the country Turkey. Cinarcik town is the district of Yalova city where directly hit during the great earthquake took place in Turkey on 1999. Cinarcik used to be a much more popular summer vacation place, currently many urban renewal projects going on to build safer houses for both local people and people who moving to the town from larger cities.
