Pictured is a closeup view of buds of Camellia japonica known as Japanese camellia at the Villa I Cipressi Estate near Montalcino in the region of Tuscany, Italy. The farm started to produce honey of various flavors 30 years ago. In the 1990s the family planted vineyards and olive trees and now has expanded production to include wine and olive oil. They offer wine and honey tasting tours. There are thousands of cultivars of Camellia japonica in cultivation, with many colors and forms of flowers.
