The town hall has three floors and is one of the largest municipal buildings in Masovia. The oldest, central part of the facade is decorated with Ionic columns and the coat of arms of P?ock. Above the entrance there is a balcony with a frieze and a tympanum with the coat of arms of P?ock. The highest element of the building is an octagonal, sheet-metal clock tower, added in 1837.
