Pictured is sculpture titled `City Fragments` by artist Steve Hoover on the Frisco Trail in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The sculpture is composed of steel painted bright orange and sits on a concrete base. Also called the Hoover monument, the sculpture was installed in 2008 in memory the local artist Steve Hoover and his family, who tragically died in a car accident. Co-worker Randy Werner found the sculpture outside Steve’s studio, had it restored, and worked with the city to have it installed. It is part of the public art collection of Fayetteville.
