Choi pan is a Chinese dish which is known in several areas such as Bangka-Belitung and West Kalimantan. Choi pan (èœç²„) is a Hakka word for "cake filled with vegetables". In the Tiochiu language this dish is called chai kue (èœç²¿) which means more or less the same thing.
