Omiya ParkOmiya KOen is a public park located 1 km northeast of Omiya Station and the most visited park in Saitama. The park encompasses a huge area and is famous for Japanese Red Pine forest and cherry blossoms. In particular, the park ranks in the Top 100 Locations in Japan for Cherry Blossoms.Sakurafubuki is the Japanese term for `cherry blossom blizzard`.It is the term used to describe the falling of flower petals from the cherry trees when stirred by a wind. The cherry blossoms appear like snowflakes, gently drifting towards the ground.
